For maximum availability we recommend you schedule your next services prior to leaving the spa. All appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Early Arrival

To deliver timely service to all our guests, we ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to relax, unwind and change if necessary.

Cancellations/No Show Policy

A 24 hour notice is appreciated to avoid a 50% cancellation charges. For the Spa packages we require a 48 hour cancellation notice.


We are pleased to honor Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Interact.

All of our spa packages may be customized to fit your personal needs.

Cell Phones

To ensure a quiet and relaxing environment for all customers, we ask that all guests to turn off your cell phones during your appointment.


Consultations are complimentary and recommended with all services.

Health Condition

Please let us know in advance of any special condition we need to be aware of, such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart ailments or any conditions that may be contraindicated for heat therapies, massage or skin care.


Gratuities are not included in the price of any service. For those wishing to show appreciation for a job well done or service enjoyed, tip envelopes are available at the front desk.
